What is Emotional Resilience Coaching?

Emotional Resilience Coaching aims to help individuals heal from trauma and develop greater emotional resilience by uncovering underlying emotional challenges, psychological issues and providing tools to view life from a different perspective.

Emotional Resilience & Trauma

Trauma is a painful and often overwhelming experience that can leave lasting scars on a person's life. But with Emotional Resilience Coaching, you have the opportunity to heal and gain a newfound strength in facing life's challenges. Our coaching & programs dive deep into your emotional and psychological well-being, giving you the clarity and insight needed to move forward with newfound resilience and positivity.

What to Expect

You will be guided through a 120 minute session, bringing awareness to limiting beliefs that have held you back. We will identify where in the body you have been holding these beliefs and work through them by bringing attention and acceptance to the felt sensation.

This process works by getting to the roots of the belief and unleashing them to create room for a new alignment with what you really want. This new insight will give you an anchor and also connect you with a future that can be aligned with your new powerful vision.

You can expect clarity, self worth, better sleep, positive outlook on life, energetic balance and an overall sense of well-being. You will feel less anxious, depressed and traumatized and more confident about yourself. You can expect an increase in your immune system as well as a reduction in stress. We also offer physical healing services.

At the end of your sessions you will feel, grounded, more open, alive, creative, and ready to take actions for the new version of you.

Before working with Ryan I had harsh, conflicting thoughts. Ryan helped me understand that harsh thoughts are trying to keep me safe in their own way. listening to my body for guidance when my mind is chaotic. Now, I have less self judgement for having harsh thoughts. More options to find clarity when I am confused. Excellent session, I really loved it and gained new tools that are already making a difference. A short run through of the agenda at the start of the session would be nice in future :)

When I met with Ryan (online) I was struggling with feeling anxious and overwhelmed by an upsetting memory from childhood which was triggering me. I was feeling quite vulnerable and cautious but after Ryan explained a brief outline of what we were going to do in the session I was ready to give it a try. Ryan helped to bring awareness of my emotions that I experienced as a child in that difficult situation and allowed them to be present and then gently released while regulating my Nervous System. With Ryan's supportive process and gentle guidance I was able to not only feel safe doing this deeper work with him but also find safety in my own Nervous System which is key. He also provided affirmations from my own wording directly from my Nervous System. He was incredibly insightful-- the session was exactly what I needed. Immediately following our session together I felt relieved and renewed. I felt more confident and empowered to move forward. When some anxiety returned the next day, I practiced some of the techniques I had learned and I tapped the sense of safety I had experienced with Ryan. I haven't had any anxiety since. But if it does return I know I have the tools to remedy it. I am amazed how much work we did and how much better I feel even after one session with Ryan. He truly is gifted!

I used to have difficulty letting go of defeat/confused emotions and moving into wellness and lightness quicker. I struggled most with managing chronic stress and chronic pain. Ryan offered a safe and gentle place for me to reach deep within myself and release a lot of pent-up emotions. He guided me on how to allow my feelings to come fully to the surface, to just sit and to be present with them. I also learned how it's always accessible to use breathwork to signal safety to myself. Often my emotions are so intense that I try to repress and reject them, but now I check in with myself intentionally knowing that I can handle whatever comes up. He helped me to identify and understand my reactive patterns when I encounter/experience a stressful situation, or my nervous system is in overdrive. Now I can recognize and respond in a calm and more supportive way and set healthy boundaries. He showed me that I have all the "tools" within me to empower myself. I can choose to create space and time to tap into my own inner healing abilities. And most importantly, he reminded me to BREATHE. During and after my session with Ryan, I felt a sense of being seen and heard and like all of my feelings are valid. I am experiencing a stronger sense of agency over my life and my circumstances. I don't feel stuck, I feel more hope and less fear. When I am feeling the most challenged, when I need to stand tall, when I need to step back, when I need a good cry or when I just need to play and have fun...I know exactly where to find and access all of those parts of myself.
